Creating Access for Musicians of All-Ages
MVACO is designed to provide meaningful opportunities for all to play their instruments; whether they’re currently active musicians or haven’t played in years and are looking to reconnect with their love of music.

Tiered, All-Level Arrangements
Our repertoire will often feature custom arrangements with tiered parts by skill level rather than by instrument alone. For example, beginner violins and beginner cellos may share a simplified part, while intermediate violas and cellos may share a more advanced line. As players grow, they’ll have the chance to advance through the part tiers within the ensemble.

Inclusive, Engaging Musical Experiences
This structure supports long-term participation and allows players, especially in traditionally supporting sections like lower strings, to explore melodic lines more frequently. While not every piece will use this format, each concert program will include selections arranged with this inclusive model in mind.
